A spray foam assessment covers the areas of the roof space we can safely access on the day. Areas that are blocked, unsafe or would need intrusive work are recorded as not inspected and listed in the report. Timber fully covered by foam cannot be checked without removing some of it.
The assessment is £195 including VAT, quoted before we attend. There is no call-out fee. If a property needs more time or special access we tell you before we start. Removal is priced separately in writing after the assessment.
A written report with photographs, the foam type where it can be identified, thickness, coverage and moisture readings on visible timber, delivered by email within 24 hours of the visit. The report is yours to use as you wish, including obtaining quotes from other contractors.
Any recommendation is our professional opinion based on what could be seen on the day. You are under no obligation to use us or anyone we suggest. Removal prices on this website are indicative ranges, not quotes.
You may cancel or rearrange free of charge at any time before the engineer sets off. Payment is due on completion of the assessment by card, bank transfer or cash.
We hold insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the assessment except where the law does not allow that limit. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
